Florida Atlantic has named Chan Walker interim head coach. Walker has been a part of the coaching staff at FAU the last 21 years. In 2018 she was elevated to associate head coach. The program alum takes leadership of the Owls after the passing of longtime head coach and softball legend Joan Joyce last weekend.
