Major League Baseball is getting into the softball business.
MLB has announced a strategic investment into the Athletes Unlimited Softball League. The long awaited move brings viability to the sport professionally for the new league that launches on June 7. This season the Talons, Bandits, Blaze, and Volts will barnstorm the country with multiple series stopping at various cities.
