Saint Francis (PA) has named Beth Krysiak their new head coach. Krysiak has spent the past four seasons on the coaching staff at Columbia. She has also had stops as an assistant coach at Carnegie Mellon, University of Dallas, Ottawa-Kansas, Buena Vista, and Prairie View A&M. Krysiak replaces Jessica O’Donnell who departed the program earlier this summer to take the head coaching position at Kent State.

Jenny Rohn has been named the new head coach at Harvard. Rohn served the 2023 season as head coach at Western Michigan leading the squad to a 17-29 record. The departure from the Broncos is the second time she coached a squad for just one season, having been the head coach at Covenant College in 2021 going 18-18. This will be the third stint for Rohn with the Crimson, having served as an assistant coach from 2018-2020 and 2022.

Emily Carosone has been promoted to associate head coach at Auburn. The former three-time All-American for the Tigers has served the last five seasons on staff as an assistant for Head Coach Mickey Dean.

Michelle DePolo had been named the new head coach at St. John’s. DePolo amassed a record of 341-277-1 over 12 seasons as head coach at Army and Tennessee Tech. She spent the 2023 season as an assistant coach at Florida Gulf Coast.

Kendall Fuller has been named the new head coach at Winthrop. Fuller had previously served on the Eagles staff as an assistant coach between 2013-2018. She spent the past three seasons as head coach at Lees-McRae College where she compiled a record of 65-68.

Manhattan has named Bridget Hurlman their new head coach. Hurlman spent 2016-2021 leading the program at Rhode Island. She previously spent six seasons as an assistant for the Jaspers before departing for URI.

Helen Pena has been named the new head coach at Ball State. Pena spent the 2023 season as pitching coach at Middle Tennessee State. In her lone season on staff, the Blue Raiders won 42 games, the Conference USA Tournament title, and advance to the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional Final.

Lacy Prejean has been named the new head coach at Northwestern State. Prejean spent the last five seasons on the coaching staff at Louisiana-Lafayette. The Ragin’ Cajuns won four Sun Belt Conference Championships during that time while advancing to the NCAA Postseason.

Mark Montgomery has resigned as head coach at Maryland citing family reasons. Montgomery spent four seasons leading the Terrapins compiling a 98-78 overall record. The 2023 UM squad had their best season in his tenure going 38-19. Assistant coach Laura Heberling will serve as interim head coach during a national search for a replacement.

Rockhurst University has named Dana Goss their new head coach. Goss joins the the Hawks after serving four successful seasons at Baker University. She led the Wildcats to a 102-52 record during that time, being awarded Region V Coach of the Year honors after the squads 47 wins and berth in the 2023 NAIA World Series. The Rockhurst alum, Goss was a former assistant coach for the late head coach Galen Struve.
